Step 1:
Cut the mushrooms arbitrarily, onion into a medium cube, garlic into slices. In vegetable oil, first fry the garlic and onion until golden brown. Add the mushrooms and fry for 7-8 minutes, until the mushroom liquid boils. Add the mushroom cube, salt, pepper and let the filling cool. Do not salt too much, remember that hard cheeses are usually salty and they will also add salt to the dish.
Step 2:
Roll out the puff pastry slightly and put it in the mold, be sure to make the sides, about 4cm high .
Step 3:
We put the filling on the dough.
Step 4:
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 5:
Mix eggs, sour cream and cheese. Lightly pepper and salt. A little salt, be careful! Do not over-salt.
Step 6:
Pour the cheese and sour cream sauce on the mushroom filling.
Step 7:
Bake the pie at a temperature of 200 degrees, about 40-50 min. Let the pie cool down. Cut and serve.
