Mix soft butter (100 g), 1 egg, honey, sugar (100 g), sour cream and baking powder.Mix well and add flour.Knead the dough, wrap it in a film and put it in the cold for 40 minutes.
Divide the dough into 3 parts.Cover the form with paper.Spread the dough with wet hands (it is sticky)Bake 3 cakes at 180 gr.
Mix all the ingredients for the souffle.Cook in a water bath until thickened.
Apply the hot souffle to the cakes.Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes and cut into portions.
