To make cookies, you can take any nuts to your taste, I didn't have enough hazelnuts and I added some roasted peanuts.
To begin with, chop the nuts, not very finely, you do not need to turn them into flour. Mix our nuts with sugar. Whisk the protein (I had a fairly large egg) into a strong foam, add the chopped nuts with sugar and mix everything. Spread cookies on a baking sheet with a teaspoon and bake in a preheated oven up to 170 C - 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the cookies will still be soft, but not sticky. Turn off the oven and leave the cookies to cool in the oven for another 40 minutes, I had 1 hour. All our cookies are ready. Enjoy your meal!
