Boil potatoes in a uniform, cool, peel, grate on a fine grater.
Chop the nuts coarsely.
Separate the yolks from the proteins, grind with sugar and cocoa, add potatoes, vanilla sugar, soda and nuts, mix thoroughly.
Whisk the whites into a strong foam and gently mix into the dough.
Put the prepared dough in a greased form with vegetable oil and bake in an oven heated to 180 C for 35-40 minutes, check readiness with a wooden skewer.
When serving, cut into slices, put on a plate, sprinkle with cocoa.
