Step-by-step cooking
Beat butter with sugar at room temperature, adding also vanilla sugar. Beat for 5 minutes. Drive in an egg.
Separately mix flour, baking powder, salt. And add the dry mass to the oil gradually.
The dough should not be sticky, but firm. It is better not to overdo it with flour, otherwise it will be difficult to form the fingers of a witch. Little flour is also bad, because then the liver can crawl in the oven.
Put the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Tear off a small piece of dough, roll it with your hand on the table into a sausage. It will turn out the basis for the finger. Give it the shape of a finger.
Chocolate melted with a little water will be needed to draw the folds on the fingers. They need to lubricate the place for the nail and the tips of the fingers. Make "wrinkles" with a knife.
Put almonds on your fingers (these are nails), press down slightly.
Bake witch fingers at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
