Grate the orange zest. Squeeze out the juice (it should be about 50-70 ml). Then rub the butter with sugar. Beat in the eggs, mix. Pour in the juice, put the orange zest, mix. Add vanilla sugar. Add flour, milk powder, baking powder, knead the dough.
Set aside 1/3 of the dough, add cocoa to it, mix well.
Put a few spoonfuls of white dough in a greased and semolina-sprinkled form, then dark and alternate until all the dough is transferred to the mold.
Put the cupcake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Then switch to 150 degrees and leave for another 20 minutes.
Get a ready-made orange cupcake, sprinkle it with powdered sugar through a strainer.
