Two pies with pears and apples

The simplest recipe with delicious taste! The dough turns out to be oily. It rolls out easily, but it is difficult to transfer it to a baking sheet. I transferred a thick layer and then leveled it with my hands. I raised the sides and postponed the excess. I made a second pie out of these surpluses. Baked in turn. It turned out 2 pies, completely different in taste. One looks like an ordinary charlotte covered with sour cream. Another delicate cream pie. Because of the pears, it is sweeter.

Cooking method

Grind butter with sugar.

Add the eggs and mix well.
Add baking powder and flour, knead the dough.
Peel apples and pears, remove the core.
Cut into thin slices.

2 line the baking sheet with baking paper and smear with oil.
Carefully lay out the dough, smooth it out by lifting the sides a little (to the height of the baking sheet).
Put apples on the dough of one baking sheet, smooth it out.
Put pears on the dough of the second baking sheet, smooth it out.

For cream: beat eggs with sugar, pour sour cream, mix, add starch. Beat well again and pour cream over the pies.
Put the pies in a preheated 180-degree oven.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
