Baking can be different in taste, in appearance and about. About – this is what the product is baked for. Here is an occasion for a cake – a holiday, pies are good for tea parties and for a child to go to school. But on a long journey, you need something from food so that it doesn't get stale for a longer time, and it's convenient, for example, cookies or cakes. Cakes are different: with cornflakes, sour cream, milk. I recently tried out a recipe for milk cakes, I want to share.
Take out the margarine in advance so that it has time to soften.
In a saucepan, mix granulated sugar and milk, bring to a boil, make sure that the sugar has dispersed and set to cool.
Sift the flour with a sieve well, add soda to it. Make a hole and slowly pour in the cooled milk, beat in the egg and add the softened margarine in the middle. Knead the dough quickly. Dust the board with flour and roll out the dough with a rolling pin 0.7 cm thick .
Cut out circles from the dough with a teacup and sprinkle each with sugar.
Preheat the frying pan to 200 degrees. Grease a baking tray with margarine and put the dough pieces on it.
Keep an eye on the products, as soon as they become golden in color, you can get them.
