Remove the peel from the orange. Then squeeze out the orange juice. You should get about 50 – 70 ml of juice. Rub the butter with granulated sugar and vanilla, then add the chicken eggs and mix thoroughly. After that, add the juice and orange zest, mix well. Sift wheat flour with baking powder and gradually add it to the liquid mixture. We knead not a steep dough. We lubricate the muffin molds with butter and fill them with two-thirds of the dough. We send them to a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. We check the readiness of the muffins with a toothpick. After cooking, let the muffins stand for 5 minutes in the molds, and then carefully take them out. Orange muffins are ready, have a nice tea party!
