Delicious instant carrot cake for morning breakfasts is a great addition to the menu of any hostess. The culinary recipe does not require a high level of skill at all, even a child can cope with it. This is a variant of the Belarusian cuisine cupcake.
Peel the carrots and grate them on a fine grater. Beat the eggs in a mixer at high speed, add the butter and warmed honey, ground to a pomp with sugar. Pour in vegetable oil, put the zest of one orange, pour all the spices. Now we mix flour sifted with baking powder into the mixture. The dough should be homogeneous, without lumps. And at the end we put the grated carrot. Pour our dough into a greased mold and put it in the oven, heated to 180 degrees for forty-five minutes. When the cupcake is ready, let it cool in the form for about 10 minutes, then take it out. The food goes great with hot tea.
