Step-by-step cooking
A delicious chocolate cake is obtained from what this culinary recipe describes. Moreover, the darker the chocolate that you take for cooking, the tastier the food will end up. I found it in an old magazine describing Italian cuisine. I checked on friends who came unexpectedly to visit. That is, here they came, I met them, and while we were talking, I quickly concocted delicious cakes.
We break the chocolate bars into pieces and melt them in a saucepan in a water bath – so they won't burn. While the chocolate cools, rub the softened butter with granulated sugar and vanilla sugar. We drive in eggs here, pour in chocolate, mix. Now pour the flour mixed with baking powder, knead the dough with a spoon.
An even baking sheet with straight sides is lined with paper soaked in oil and spread the dough. We level it well, put it in a preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
When the cake is ready, take it out, cool it and cut into serving cubes. To make it more beautiful, you can use cookie cutters (I took metal ones – it's good to cut curly pieces with them). Powdered sugar comes on top as a decoration.
