My mom bakes a pie according to this recipe for all holidays. In slightly warmed milk, add salt, sugar, eggs and whisk everything. Then add part of the flour (mixed with yeast) – to the state of sour cream and set aside in the heat. When the dough volume doubles, add the remaining flour and butter. We give a couple more times to rise. While the dough is coming, we prepare the filling. We pass any meat through a meat grinder, it is better of course if it is pork, fry a little in a frying pan with a small amount of water (so that it is not dry). Mix with pre-boiled rice. Cut the onion into thin rings. Part of the approached dough is spread on the table sprinkled with flour and rolled out. Spread on a greased baking sheet (making a small side) and evenly spread the filling, and on top of the onion rings. Cover with a second layer of dough (smaller) and pinch the edges. Lubricate the top of the pie with a beaten egg and prick it several times with a fork. Bake a pie with meat in a preheated oven for forty-five minutes.
