To begin with, we will prepare the filling, for this we will chop the cabbage coarsely and put it out in a frying pan with the addition of milk for about 25-30 minutes. Boil the eggs, cool them and finely chop them with an egg cutter. After that, mix the eggs, cabbage, butter and finely chopped dill, do not forget to add salt. Now let's start preparing the dough. First of all, mix the eggs, sugar and cottage cheese until the sugar is completely dissolved. After that, add the pre-melted butter, as well as baking powder and flour. From all these ingredients, knead the dough. We divide it into two identical parts. Roll out the first part and put it on a baking sheet (do not forget about the side). We lay out our filling on the dough, cover the top with a second layer of dough and pinch off both layers of dough with each other so that the filling does not fall out. We smear the dough on top with a raw egg and send it to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
