Lingonberries have a rather specific bittersweet taste. Almost all autumn berries do not spoil us with their sweetness :) Lingonberries ripen in September-October, at the very time of preparations and pickles for the winter. There are many culinary recipes for jam, lingonberry jams. But it's also perfect for pies! The main thing is not to forget to put sugar :) That's exactly what we're going to do with the pie.
Beat eggs with sugar to a white foam. Add the slaked soda, starch, diluted with sour cream, and stir well. It is difficult to specify the amount of flour at all. Depends on the size of the eggs, for example. Approximately 300 grams, make sure that the dough has a consistency similar to thick sour cream. Add the nuts (I pre-fried them in a frying pan) and lingonberries. That's it, the dough is ready. I had a mold with a diameter of 26 centimeters, baked at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
I really liked the pie hot. It was raining and it was cold. Enjoy your meal!!
