Cooking method
This Italian food is suitable both for a holiday and for every day. I present to your attention a culinary recipe that you will definitely like.
Using a blender, turn boiled beans into mashed potatoes together with grated cheese and a small amount of water. Add pepper. Whisk until the puree becomes soft and homogeneous.
Roll out the dough on the table to make a thin rectangle. Do not forget to sprinkle flour on the table beforehand. When the rectangle is rolled out, smear the upper edge of this pancake with a pre-beaten egg.
Now put the bean puree on the dough whipped in a blender and smooth it all over the dough, except for the top edge, which we smeared with egg. Roll the dough into a roll in the direction of the lubricated area. When we're done, the roll needs to be wrapped in cling film. After that, it needs to be cooled in the refrigerator for an hour, or better - more.
When the roll has cooled sufficiently, we will continue cooking. To do this, heat the oven to a temperature of about 200 degrees. The cooled roll will be cut into several parts, 3 cm thick. We spread these rings on a baking sheet so that they do not touch each other, and send them to the oven for about 20 minutes. During this time, the pieces of the roll will acquire a ruddy color and become lush.
Put the finished rings on a plate, and they should cool down a little.
Hard-boiled 2 eggs and grind them. Then add salt and pepper to the ground eggs. In a separate bowl, chop the lettuce leaves. Pour them with olive oil and lemon juice.
Now you can serve our dish. Let's put the salad on plates, put the rolls on top and sprinkle with grated eggs.
Bean rolls with egg filling – ready.
