Cooking method
The proposed culinary recipe for baked tomatoes is very simple, quick to prepare and able to decorate any table. It is necessary to wash the tomatoes, cut into halves, add salt well and turn them over, placing them on the grill (I use a microwave grill). While the tomatoes are soaked, you can start cooking the filling. Finely chop the parsley, garlic is also finely chopped, but I prefer to rub it on a fine grater, then the taste of the food turns out to be more saturated. Mix the chopped with pepper to taste and leave to infuse.
Turn on the oven at 210 degrees and while it is heating up, let's go back to the tomatoes left. We take each half and gently squeeze the skin, removing excess juice and seeds. With a knife or a teaspoon, make a recess in each half and put the prepared filling there, after stirring it again. Pour oil on top and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Breadcrumbs can be pre-fried a little in oil, which will give them an appetizing golden hue. Take a baking sheet with high edges (you can use a saucepan if it is without a plastic handle or other parts melting in the oven). Grease a baking sheet with oil, lay the tomatoes and put them in the oven. The cooking time is 15-20 minutes.
This culinary recipe can be a little varied if you sprinkle baked tomatoes with grated cheese on a fine grater for 5 minutes before they are ready, it also turns out very tasty.
