Cooking method
To make garlic oil, just take olive or vegetable oil and put garlic in it to taste. This is a great dressing for salads, marinades, and you can just dip bread in it.
Preheat the oven to 120 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the tomatoes into halves and place on a baking sheet. Pour oil on each half and sprinkle with pepper and spices. Put it in the oven for 2 hours. Then remove and let cool. When the tomato mass has cooled sufficiently, transfer it together with the resulting juice to a serving bowl.
Spread the bread on a baking sheet. Brush with the remaining oil. Bake for about 4 minutes on each side, so that the bread is covered with a golden crust. The crust should be crisp, but not hard. Get the croutons and put them on a platter. Put the ham cut into thin slices on the same dish. Serve with a sauce of baked tomatoes.
