Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make Chrysanthemum Cookies? Prepare the products according to the list. Take wheat flour of the highest grade, white. Instead of the purchased one, you can use homemade mayonnaise.
Step 2:
In a suitable sized container, beat the eggs with sugar. No need to whisk to foam, peaks or even color changes. Simply mix until smooth.
Step 3:
Add the melted butter to the egg mixture and mix quickly. Add the mayonnaise and mix again.
Step 4:
Add some flour. Add vanilla and baking powder, mix thoroughly. Gradually add all the flour and knead the dough.
Step 5:
You will get an elastic dough that is well molded, does not stick to your hands and the table. Please note that you may take more or less flour than me. Therefore, be guided by the type and structure of the test.
Step 6:
Set the oven to preheat at 180 degrees. Prepare the meat grinder. Take a piece of dough and press it into the hole of the meat grinder. Scroll the meat grinder so that the dough comes out 1-2 cm.
Step 7:
Then pick up the dough strips with your hand, scroll the meat grinder so that they come out 5-7 cm, and cut them off with a knife at the base of the grinder nozzle. It is necessary to cut it close to the meat grinder so that the edge of the next cookie does not stick together.
Step 8:
Now press the cut edge with your fingers so that the cookies do not disintegrate.
Step 9:
Spread the cookies on a baking sheet covered with oiled parchment. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes (focus on your oven). Cookies should be ruddy.
Step 10:
You can make cookies of a different shape. Also scroll through the meat grinder so that the dough comes out at 7 cm .
Step 11:
Then twist the cut edge of the dough with your fingers in a spiral.
Step 12:
And tuck under the free edge to give the liver a round shape.
Step 13:
Spread on a baking sheet and adjust the individual "petals" of chrysanthemums from the dough.
Step 14:
You can scroll the dough by 1-2 cm and cut it with a knife, then the shape of the cookie will look more like a disheveled chrysanthemum. Like that.
Step 15:
The usual form of this cookie is described in my first version, the second and third I gave for examples of how you can arrange it more. Sprinkle the finished cookies with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
The finished cookie looks like a Chrysanthemum flower, hence its name. Let's cook it together at home!
Be prepared for the fact that you may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
