Step-by-step cooking
1. Grind or beat softened butter with granulated sugar. Then add the eggs to the resulting mass and mix well.
2. Pour flour mixed with baking powder into the mass. If there is no baking powder, you can use soda with vinegar (0.5 tsp soda per 1 tsp vinegar). Knead thoroughly.
3. Grind the chocolate and put it in the dough.
4. Grease muffin molds with sunflower oil, and then put the dough in them so that the molds are two-thirds full.
5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
6. Bake chocolate muffins for 20-25 minutes.
Such cupcakes are served warm.
If you want the muffins to turn out more chocolate, add not one hundred, but two hundred grams of chocolate. In fact, a hundred grams is quite enough.
To make the muffin dough more fragrant, you can add one teaspoon of cognac to it.
For vanilla lovers – you can also pour one teaspoon of vanilla sugar into the dough. It will turn out to be a magical fragrance at all.
