Cooking method
Condensed milk and eggs are beaten with a mixer at medium speed. Add baking powder and add a glass of sifted flour in portions. The resulting dough is divided into three parts. Grease the baking dish with butter, send the third part of the dough into it and place it in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. So bake all 3 cakes. While the cakes are cooling down, we prepare the cream – boiled condensed milk and softened butter are whipped with a mixer. We lubricate the cooled cakes with the finished cream, also lubricate the cake on top and sides, sprinkle with coconut chips and send it to the refrigerator to soak for 2 hours.
Condensed milk cake is ready! Bon appetit!
