Step 1:
Take the necessary ingredients, there are not enough eggs and dill in the photo)
Step 2:
Cut the onion into cubes, throw it into a blender along with garlic and dill. We grind all this well.
Step 3:
Mix the minced meat with cottage cheese (I always do it with low-fat), add the onion from the blender, eggs, spices to taste and carefully knead everything until smooth.
Step 4:
We form cutlets and put them in a form covered with parchment. Do not forget that the minced meat turns out to be very sticky, so we sculpt with our hands moistened with cold water. Bake at 180C for 40-50 minutes .
