Cooking method
1. Cut chicken fillet into medium cubes. Pour water into the pan (about a glass), add mayonnaise and lay out pieces of chicken fillet. Add salt. Simmer under the lid for 30 minutes . Add chopped garlic. The filling for the tartlets is ready.
2. Now we will peel the potatoes. Cleaned, washed. Three potatoes on a grater. Don't forget to add salt!
3. Then we take the cupcake molds. We lubricate them well with sunflower oil.
4. We put grated raw potatoes in molds, so that it was in the form of baskets. In the middle we spread the chicken with garlic.
5. We put it in a preheated oven (temperature ~ 240 degrees) for 20-25 minutes.
6. While the tartlets are sitting in the oven, three cheese on a grater and cut green onions. Mix the cheese and onion.
7. After 20-25 minutes, we take the tartlets out of the oven and sprinkle them with cheese and onions on top.
8. Once again we send them to the oven for 5-10 minutes.
