Step-by-step cooking
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.
In a food processor, cut the potatoes into very thin slices.
Release the sausage from the film.
In a baking dish, lay a layer of potatoes overlapping, then a layer of sausage, sprinkle with fried onions.
Add a little pepper to the potato layer.
