Meat buns with sour cream and mushroom sauce in a pot

Tender, juicy meatballs with champignons under sour cream sauce. Meat buns are very tender and juicy due to the addition of raw potatoes to minced meat. And the sauce perfectly complements them. My little experiment, which was crowned with a good result.

Salt and pepper the minced meat, add the raw potatoes grated on a fine grater, mix thoroughly. With wet hands, we form kolobochki, roll in flour, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Onion cut finely, mushrooms plates, fry together. meanwhile, we heat the butter in a saucepan, fry the flour on it so that it absorbs the oil. Add sour cream to the flour, if it is thick, then we dilute it with water. Stir quickly to get the consistency of a not very thick sauce. Add the sauce to the mushrooms, salt and pepper, warm up for 2 minutes (if it seems too thick to you, add some water). If you like a homogeneous consistency, then you can beat the finished sauce in a blender.
We put our koloboks in a clay pot on top of each other (if there is no large pot, in portions)., pour them with sauce, sprinkle with herbs (I have fresh dill) and cover with a lid. Put in a cold oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 160-180 degrees.
We serve kolobochki with any side dish. Very tasty with crumbly buckwheat!! Enjoy your meal.
