Fry in a frying pan almonds for 5-7 minutes, the same with walnuts. Then we grind the nuts in a blender.
Beat the egg whites, adding sugar. Add lemon juice.
Add nuts to the protein mass, mix. Spread the resulting mass with a tablespoon on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Put an almond nut on top.
Preheat the oven to 100 degrees, then bake cookies for 100-110 minutes. Then it can be beautifully packaged in boxes and given to friends for the New Year.
