Well-washed Bulgarian put the pepper in a bag and tie it. In the microwave, hold for three minutes at maximum power. Cool without removing from the bag.

Cut the zucchini into circles. Fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. Place in a baking dish.

Diced onion fry until golden brown.

Pour seasonings into the prepared minced meat, mix it with onions and parsley.

Put the minced meat on the zucchini in an even layer.

Remove the stems from the pepper and remove the seeds. Peel off. Cut the pepper into small pieces. Put it on the minced meat.

Peel tomatoes, slice and put on pepper.

Peeled garlic cloves - for tomatoes.

Sprinkle with dry seasonings and salt.

Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove, remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.

Check the readiness of the dish on garlic: if the clove is pierced with a fork, the vegetable casserole with minced meat is ready.

Sprinkle it with grated cheese and put it in the oven for three minutes.

Serve the casserole hot, sprinkled with fresh herbs.
