Step-by-step cooking
Recently, my husband persuaded me to cook his favorite food for the first time in his life - mushroom julienne. I must say that it turned out very tasty, I intend to periodically prepare this snack for the holidays. And now I will share with you the subtleties of my culinary recipe.
So. we start by washing the mushrooms and cutting them into thin strips. Now we peel the onion and also chop it finely. Then mix the mushrooms and onions, pepper and salt them to taste, and then fry over medium heat in a frying pan with oil for about 5-7 minutes.
Almost at the end of frying, add one teaspoon of sifted flour. After that, the already pre-prepared mushrooms with onions are laid out in special containers (juliennes) and poured with warm cream. From above, we rub hard cheese on a fine grater on a dish.
Now we put the juliennes on a baking sheet and put them in a preheated oven to 150 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. We serve mushroom julienne hot.
