Step-by-step cooking
This simple cooking recipe was told to me by my grandmother, a lover of homemade pastries. Everything is very simple. Put sour cream in a deep bowl, add a pinch of salt and soda (do not extinguish), melted butter. Knead the dough, put it in a plastic bag and in the refrigerator – let it come. In the meantime, do the stuffing. Cut the apples in half, remove the cores from them, peel them.
Take out the dough, form a sausage out of it and cut it into 16 identical pieces (these are future buns). Roll them into balls and sprinkle with flour.
Roll out each ball with a rolling pin, put a half of an apple sprinkled with sugar in the middle. Form a fist, pinch. Do this with all the balls.
Lightly brush the baking sheet with butter (so that the buns with apples stick to it), brush the yolk from the top (slightly diluted with water) and send it to the oven.
Bake for 1 hour at 180-200 degrees. Watch carefully, do not over-dry, the taste is lost from this!
Sprinkle hot buns with powdered sugar on top, your sweet food is ready!
Have a nice tea party!
