Step-by-step cooking
When a bright sign of a well-known American fast food company appeared next to our house, I, having two children, had a hard time. Daily trips to the mecca of American food turned out to be a heavy burden for the family budget. There is only one way out – to replace the purchased food. The recipe for a sesame bun came from a neighbor, her situation is even worse - three children.
So let's get started. In the flour (1.5 tbsp.), mix a bag of yeast, salt and sugar. Heat the oil and a glass of water on the fire, make sure that the oil does not melt to the end. We connect the two parts and mix the ingredients with a mixer. Add 1 whole egg and 1 yolk to 0.5 tbsp. flour, whisk, gradually add 2 more cups of flour and knead a homogeneous dough. You will have to knead for at least 10 minutes. In the process, add flour (05 cups). Shape the dough into a bun and wait until the dough increases by 2 times in a warm place. Divide the bun into 4 parts and leave for another 15 minutes. Always cover the dough with a towel so that the dough does not curl and fits better. From each part, make a tourniquet, which you divide into 4 pieces. Brush each with melted butter and let stand on a baking sheet (30 min.). For sprinkling, you need to drive in protein, grease each bun with it and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place the baking sheet in the oven for 20 minutes. Withstand a temperature of 200 degrees.
You can experiment with fresh pastries: cut and layer with different fillings.
