Step 1:
Beat two eggs with a mixer, adding sugar in small portions when whipping. The egg mass is whipped for about 10 minutes. Sift the flour, mix with baking powder for the dough. Pour small portions into the eggs and mix from top to bottom.
Step 2:
Preheat the oven to 180C and bake the cake in the form for about 30 minutes (depends on the oven and the form). If the oven is in a slow cooker, it will be even better. In a regular cartoon, it bakes for 50 minutes.
Step 3:
The finished biscuit is cooled and cut into pieces.
Step 4:
Preparing the cream. Whisk sour cream with sugar, add vanilla.
Step 5:
Dip the pieces of sponge cake into the cream, spread it out beautifully with a slide. Pour melted and mixed with milk chocolate. It takes up to 2-3 hours to impregnate the cake.
