Cooking method
If there is no electric waffle iron in the house, with this waffle recipe there will be a great reason to buy it. The simple process of cooking with milk takes a minimum of time, and the waffles themselves are delicious and not greasy.
To begin with, we take margarine out of the refrigerator, melt it on the stove or in the microwave, leave it to cool. As soon as it reaches a comfortable temperature, add the egg, plain and vanilla sugar. Mix with a fork and beat a little with a mixer, the mass should be completely homogeneous.
Milk can not be heated, its temperature does not matter. Pour the milk in a thin stream into the bowl of the mixer, while continuing to beat the mass at a minimum speed.
Sift the flour into a separate bowl and add it to the future dough in small portions. Stir all the flour with a mixer until the dough is completely homogeneous. When ready for baking, it will resemble thick sour cream without lumps.
Warm up the electric waffle iron. Pour out a small portion of the dough (the amount depends on the size of the waffle iron), close the lid and bake until ready. Additionally, we do not use oil, margarine in the composition will be enough so that the waffles do not burn. We put the finished waffles on the grill or plate and leave to cool down a little.
While the waffles are cooling, we prepare the glaze. To do this, we split the dark and white chocolate into pieces and pour it into a deep glass bowl. We send the bowl to the microwave and warm it up for 10 seconds at minimum power. Then we take out the bowl, stir the slightly softened mass with a silicone spatula, return and heat for another 10 seconds. So melt 3-5 times until the chocolate is completely liquid and homogeneous.
Dip the slightly cooled waffles into the melted chocolate mass and put them on a plate so that the chocolate cools and hardens.
The waffles are ready, you can serve them to the table. Bon appetit!
