This cooking recipe "chicken with rice and vegetables" is very simple in its execution. We heat sunflower oil in a cauldron, throw our chicken fillet there and fry until all the juice evaporates. Then add pepper and salt to taste, throw the onion and leave to fry for another four minutes. Next we have Bulgarian pepper, cut into strips. We mix all this. Then we put finely chopped garlic and tomato, salt again and leave to stew for ten minutes. At this time, we wash the rice and add it to our chicken. Pour boiled water on top of everything so that the water hides the rice to the height of the index finger. We leave the cauldron on low heat until all the water is absorbed into the rice, and then close the lid, make the fire even slower and simmer until the rice is completely cooked (about half an hour).
This wonderful food will look even more appetizing if you add sprigs of fresh herbs to it.
Chicken with vegetables and rice is ready!
