Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Necessary Ingredients
Step 2:
Chicken thighs are washed, dried and salted
Step 3:
Pepper
Step 4:
Add any spices to taste, I really like how dried garlic and paprika are combined with chicken
Step 5:
Mix well and set aside for a while
Step 6:
Cut potatoes into large slices
Step 7:
Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil on the bottom of the slow cooker.
Step 8:
We spread the thighs skin down
Step 9:
Put garlic plates on the thighs. Someone will say "Why both dried garlic and fresh?". Well, firstly, garlic in any form goes well with chicken and potatoes, and secondly, fresh garlic will burn when frying, but dried garlic will not. Therefore, for the chicken in this case, I took dried garlic, and fresh more for potatoes)
Step 10:
Put potatoes on top
Step 11:
Salt
Step 12:
Pepper
Step 13:
Setting the baking mode for 50 minutes
Step 14:
15 minutes before cooking, open the lid of the slow cooker
Step 15:
Gently turn over the thighs, trying to leave the potatoes on top. To be honest, I did everything according to the recipe, but it seemed to me that this stage is superfluous, because the potatoes are almost ready at this stage and break easily. If you do not mix, it will turn out more aesthetically pleasing. Personally, I will do so next time, and you decide for yourself)
Step 16:
That's it - our dinner is ready!
Step 17:
Bon appetit!
Keep in mind that the cooking time and mode are indicated approximately in the recipe. All slow cookers work differently and even the same models of the same manufacturer may have their own characteristics. Before you start cooking a new dish for you in a slow cooker, carefully study the instructions for it, and then in practice try to cook dishes that are familiar to you first, and then new ones, choosing the mode and time individually for your own technique.
