Cooking method
Start cooking pasta with the preparation of ingredients:
1) make minced beef;
2) peel and finely chop the onion and garlic;
3) cut tomatoes into small cubes.
Pour olive oil into the bowl of the slow cooker, set the "Frying" program for 25 minutes, send onions and garlic to the bowl, press the "Start" button (do not close the lid).
Fry the vegetables for 5 minutes and add minced meat to the bowl. Fry the minced meat, stirring, for another 10 minutes.
Add mashed tomatoes, chopped tomatoes, lemon juice, salt, spices and sugar to the minced meat. Do not forget to stir, cook until the end of the program.
Pour the resulting sauce into the prepared bowl. Rinse the bowl of the slow cooker, pour water into it, add salt, close the lid, set the "Pasta" program for 10 minutes and press the "Start" button.
After the beep, carefully open the lid, send the paste into the water and gently mix, close the lid.
After the end of the program, discard the pasta in a colander.
Serve pasta with sauce and herbs in serving plates.
