Beef shurpa in a slow cooker

Camping soup in a home kitchen is a great dish! I used to underestimate shurpa, but in vain! I cooked it recently and fell in love with this soup. It is unusual, all the vegetables are chopped coarsely, the meat gives fullness and flavor. And if you cook in a slow cooker, so in general beauty: threw all the vegetables, pressed the button and wait until she calls to eat)

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 40 min

1. Wash the meat first, then chop it into pieces, put it in a bowl of a slow cooker. Add salt to the meat, enrich with dry spices (you can even take special "For shurpa" or, for example, "For pilaf").

2. Peel the onion, cut into cubes, put it on top of the meat.

3. Peel the Bulgarian pepper (red) from the seeds, rinse and cut into thin strips.

5. Peel the carrots, cut into large cubes. Peel the potatoes, rinse, and cut into large cubes.

6. Put all the prepared vegetables in the bowl of the slow cooker to the meat and onion, add the lavrushka and tomato paste, then pour in the water.

7. Peel the garlic, add it to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients (no need to chop, put whole cloves).

8. Cook under a closed lid for one hour using the "Stewing" program, but do not forget to add peppers 5 minutes before the end and at the same time try for salt (if not enough - adjust).

9. After the beep, we leave the shurpa to sweat in the slow cooker, without opening the lid, for 10 minutes, using the "Preheating" program.

And now lay out the shurpa on plates, sprinkle chopped dill on top and eat to your health!

Bon appetit!
