So, the sequence of actions is as follows:
- in a deep bowl, sift the flour together with soda, add sunflower seeds and flax, salt;
- preheat kefir and pour it into a bowl with dry ingredients. Knead the dough;
- lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with vegetable oil and put the dough there;
- we keep it in the "Heating" mode for about 15-20 minutes, after which we change the mode to the "Baking" program. The time is usually automatically set to 60 minutes - we do not change it;
- after the beep, turn the loaf to the other side, bake for 20-25 minutes.
