Cooking method
1. Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
2. Rinse the rice and soak it in warm water for 20 minutes.
3. Combine the minced meat, onion and prepared rice. Season with salt and spices.
4. Wash and dry the peppers peeled from the core.
5. Stuff them with the prepared filling, put them in the bowl of a slow cooker.
6. Mix sour cream with water and pour over the peppers.
7. Bake on the program "Baking" or "Multi-cooker" (at 100 degrees). It usually takes 20-25 minutes to be ready.
