Cooking method
1. Wash the meat and soak it in salted water (for a glass of water about 5 tbsp. l.) for 1.5 hours.
2. Rinse the beef, then rub it on all sides with spices.
3. Sprinkle the meat with olive oil also on both sides.
4. Pour water into the slow cooker, set the grill for steaming.
5. Select the Steam mode, set the time to 40 minutes.
Meat is very tasty both hot and cold. Enjoy your meal!
