Or maybe a snack. In addition, steamed meat can be put on sandwiches and taken with you - to work, study, on the road.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 20 min

1. Wash the meat and soak it in salted water (for a glass of water about 5 tbsp. l.) for 1.5 hours.
2. Rinse the beef, then rub it on all sides with spices.
3. Sprinkle the meat with olive oil also on both sides.
4. Pour water into the slow cooker, set the grill for steaming.
5. Select the Steam mode, set the time to 40 minutes.
