Cooking method
1. Dough. Pre-freeze the oil. From flour, semolina, sugar and baking powder to prepare a dry mixture. Divide it into 3 parts.
2. Filling. Wash the apples, peel, remove the core and grate on a coarse grater. You can sprinkle with lemon juice. If the honey is candied, melt it.
3. The bottom of the split mold is lined with parchment. Grease the parchment and sides of the mold with butter.
4. Pour the first part of the dough on the bottom of the mold, put half of the grated apples, sprinkle with ½ tbsp. l. cinnamon, pour 1 tbsp. l. honey. Repeat layers. Sprinkle the top of the pie with the remaining dry mixture. On top, evenly distribute the cooled butter grated on a coarse grater.
5. Bake the pie in a slow cooker in the "Baking" mode for about 40-45 minutes.
When baking in the oven: first bake the pie at the bottom of the oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes, then move the mold to the center of the oven and bake for another 20-25 minutes.
6. Remove the finished cake from the mold, cut into portions. Put a pattern of honey on each plate, put a piece of cake on top. Decorate with hazelnut kernels and cinnamon sticks.
