Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
You will need fresh milk, kefir and a slow cooker)
Step 2:
Bring two liters of milk to a boil, boil for 5 minutes and cool to 40 degrees. You can boil it in a slow cooker, you can boil it on the stove in a saucepan, as it will be convenient.
Step 3:
It is better to remove the foam.
Step 4:
Pour kefir into the prepared (i.e. cooled milk) and stir well with a spoon. We put the bowl in a slow cooker, if there is a program "multi-cooker", we set the temperature to 40 degrees and the time is 7 hours, close the lid of the slow cooker and wait for kefir) If there is no such program, we set the heating mode or yogurt, the time is 7 hours, close the lid and also wait)))
Step 5:
After 7 hours our kefir is ready. It is thick and very fragrant)
Step 6:
You can just stir it with a spoon, or you can use a blender to turn it into a homogeneous mass)
Step 7:
Ready kefir is poured into clean glass jars and cooled. Store in the refrigerator for no more than 3 days. It is very useful for our digestion to drink a glass of kefir in the evening) Be healthy and Bon appetit!
