Cooking method
1. Add sugar, salt and soda to the sifted flour.
2. Add kefir and knead the dough. The dough should be elastic and soft, do not add extra flour.
3. Wrap the finished dough in plastic wrap and let it lie for 15 minutes.
4. Wash the cherries and peel the seeds.
5. Roll out the dough 3-4 mm thick and squeeze out the circles, I do it with a glass.
6. Pour 0.5 teaspoons of sugar in the center and put some berries.
7. Pinch the dumplings - first from the edges so that the juice does not flow out. Pinch the dumplings as best you can.
8. Put some dumplings in a steamer bowl, pre-greased with vegetable oil. The number of dumplings depends on the size of the grid, but the dumplings should not touch. Keep in mind that they will increase in size.
9. Cook the dumplings for 6 minutes, carefully remove them from the steamer.
10. Thoroughly lubricate the finished dumplings with butter, pre-melted.
