Choose high-quality spaghetti, from durum wheat varieties, so that they do not boil when cooking. As a chicken fillet, you can take meat from any part of the chicken where there are no bones. Add garlic to your liking.

    Cut chicken meat into large pieces. Heat the frying pan to a hot state and pour a little vegetable oil. Put the chopped chicken meat in a frying pan and fry it on all sides until golden brown.

    Peel the onion and garlic and rinse in cold water. Finely chop the onion. Garlic can be cut into pieces or passed through a press.

    Separately boil spaghetti in boiling water. Cook them according to the instructions on the package. It usually takes about 15 minutes. Spaghetti should become soft, but not boil. Put the finished spaghetti in a colander and rinse with cold water.

    Warm the chicken in cream for another 2-3 minutes on fire. Spaghetti can be added immediately to the sauce in the pan and mix everything.

You can check whether the oil has warmed up well enough in a frying pan in a simple way. Lower a wooden spatula into it. If bubbles have gathered around it, then you can start the frying process.
