Cooking method
Soak 1 tablespoon of rice in 2 tablespoons of water.
Pour a little ras into the slow cooker.turn on the "Frying" mode and fry the chopped onion and 4 garlic cloves until transparent, 3-5 minutes, then add the chopped carrots and fry for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly
Chop the cabbage finely about 2x2 cm, add to the slow cooker and fry for another 7-10 minutes, stirring constantly
Add the minced meat, season with salt and pepper and fry for another 10 minutes, stirring.
Now add rice with water to the vegetables, add salt to taste, mix well,
Cover with a lid and put the "Quenching" mode
It turns out very tasty. Prepare it, you won't regret it.
This dish can also be cooked in a thick-bottomed saucepan, duck house or cauldron.
