Step-by-step cooking
Cut the potatoes into very thin slices.
Add cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, pepper to potatoes. Mix everything well.
Add cream. Mix it again and put it in the bowl of the slow cooker.
Put on the "quenching" mode for 20 minutes. Then gently stir the potatoes and simmer for another 20 minutes.
Put the potatoes on plates and sprinkle with herbs.
