Step 1:
Pour the required amount of kefir and vegetable oil into the bowl of the bread maker. Kefir should be at room temperature. Therefore, take care of it in advance by taking it out of the refrigerator.
Step 2:
Add salt, sugar and soda to kefir.
Step 3:
Sift the flour through a sieve and add it to the bowl of the bread maker.
Step 4:
Add some sesame seeds at the end.
Step 5:
Put the bowl with the blank in the bread maker and turn on the quick baking mode. For me, it lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes. If you don't have one, then turn on the "Dough" mode for 10 minutes, and then "Baking" for 40 minutes. Check the readiness of the bread with a toothpick. If necessary, add another baking time for 10-15 minutes. After a while, remove the finished bread from the bowl, wrap it in a towel and cool it. Bon appetit!
Bread maker is an insanely convenient thing in household use. With its help, you can always feed your family with fresh bread. And you can cook in it not only ordinary bread, but also without yeast. The bread maker copes with the dough perfectly, kneading it just perfectly. Not everyone will be able to knead bread dough manually, since this process requires time and considerable physical strength.
I decided to cook yeast-free bread on kefir out of curiosity, as a variety of diet. Of course, compared to ordinary bread with yeast, it is denser, but it is much healthier.
Without yeast bread should not be kneaded for a very long time, since when soda and kefir react, carbon dioxide is released. It is due to this reaction that fermentation takes place in the dough. And if you knead the dough for a long time, then all the gas will come out and the dough will not rise well. Therefore, the baking mode must be chosen minimum.
When laying the ingredients, do not pour out all the flour at once. Leave about 50 grams separately. If kefir was initially thick, then flour may need less than specified. In the process of kneading the dough, keep an eye on it. It's better to pour a little later.
