In the bowl of the bread maker we put: yeast, wheat and rye flour, salt. Pour in olive oil and whey. It is important to observe exactly this order of laying ingredients. Turn on the main mode (for baking ordinary bread). In each bread maker, this program takes a different time, in mine the process lasts 3.5 hours.
When the time has passed, the ciabatta bread is ready. You can eat it both hot and cold.
