Cooking method
To cook a delicious homemade loaf of white flour, it is not necessary to finish cooking courses or study some special tricks for a long time. It is enough just to remember a few basic points and buy all the necessary products for this homemade bread. And if the farm also has such a miracle unit of technology as a bread maker, the baking process becomes more than easy and accessible to every housewife.
So, to prepare a white loaf, butter must be taken out of the refrigerator in advance. It should be of a soft consistency.
Clean drinking water needs to be warmed up a little to a temperature of 33-38 degrees Celsius. This is necessary so that the fast-acting yeast is activated, and the bread turns out to be lush and soft. If desired, sour milk, yogurt or kefir can be used instead of water. In this case, they also need to be heated to a warm state.
In a large cup or bowl, mix warm water, dry fast-acting yeast, salt and sugar. Crack all the above ingredients and pour into the bowl of the bread maker.
Sift wheat flour separately into a large container. This process is necessary not only to break up all the flour lumps and separate unnecessary impurities, but also to saturate the flour with oxygen. Thanks to this, the baking turns out lush and tender.
Transfer the sifted wheat flour to a bread maker and add a piece of butter of a soft consistency.
Set the "Dough" mode on the control panel of the device. As soon as the dough is ready, take it out of the bread maker and shape it into a loaf shape with your hands. With a wide knife, make characteristic oblique incisions on the surface. Then cover the dough with a clean towel and leave for about an hour until it doubles in size.
Grease the surface of the dough with egg yolk on top and send the loaf back to the bread maker to bake until fully cooked. In the menu, select the appropriate program, specifying the desired color and thickness of the crust.
After the signal of readiness, carefully remove the loaf from the bread maker and lubricate with a small amount of olive oil. Cool down and you can start tasting.
Bon appetit!
