Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make a Blonde salad with Ham? Products for cooking. Peel potatoes, garlic, and wash. I took medium-sized tomatoes, poured boiling water over them, then easily peeled them off (you can take cherry).
Step 2:
Grate potatoes on a grater for Korean carrots (You can cut them into thin long cubes, but on a Korean grater it's still more beautiful, more spectacular). Before deep-frying potatoes, fill them with cold water, rinse them from excess starch, dry them on paper napkins.
Step 3:
In a wok or cauldron, deep-fry the potatoes in portions (I got 4 of them) until golden brown. Such potatoes turn brown pretty quickly, so there is a risk of overexposing them. Follow its roasting, stir in time with a spatula.
Step 4:
Make the sauce: mix mayonnaise and sour cream in equal proportions, squeeze out garlic, add ground black pepper to taste.
Step 5:
Put the deep-fried potatoes on paper napkins. Napkins will take in extra fat.
Step 6:
Meanwhile, cut the ham into cubes, grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 7:
If you have cherry, it's enough to cut them into halves. If ordinary tomatoes, cut them into circles. Let's put the salad on the dish in layers, smearing each layer with sauce. Place the tomatoes on a platter. This will be the first layer of salad.
Step 8:
Grease tomatoes with sauce.
Step 9:
Then: ham layer-sauce-cheese layer-sauce.
Step 10:
Put the French fries on top of the salad and make the final touch: decorate the "hairstyle" of our Blonde with a flower of cucumber-tomato and green onion feathers. To salad "Blonde with ham" well soaked, let it stand in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. And now we try. Enjoy your meal!
Any oils are useful only until a certain temperature is reached - the point of smoking, at which the oil begins to burn and toxic substances, including carcinogens, are formed in it. How to determine the roasting temperature and choose the best oil for frying, and which one is better not to use at all, read here .
It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See the interesting ones here

Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
