The first thing to do is to disassemble the cecil cheese into individual fibers. Too long can be cut.
Now we pour oil into the fryer, and if there is no fryer, into a frying pan with a thick bottom, heat it and spread the cheese fibers.
Fry the cheese until crisp and golden brown. It roasts quickly - don't burn it!
We take out the fried cheese, put it on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
