Cooking method
1. Prepare potatoes, wash, peel. Dry with a paper towel and cut into long strips. Dry it again with napkins.
2. Heat the oil in a saucepan, prepare a dish with a paper towel to dry the potatoes from the oil after frying.
3. Fry potato slices in oil in small portions for 3-4 minutes on medium-high heat. Stirring lightly after loading the next portion of potatoes into the oil.
4. Spread the finished potatoes on napkins to dry.
5. Add salt and mix all the potatoes that are ready and dried from the oil.
